The soft presence of the bluebells
This past month, I’ve been quietly working among the bluebells.
Each day off, or before sessions with my healing clients, I’ve wandered out into my garden—a little forest of ash and poplar trees, ivy, borage, honesty and in this past month - bluebells! There, with bluebells blooming, I’ve been editing The Secret Life of Things, my new novel-in-progress. Reading out loud beneath the trees while their leaves grew after the long winter - I sat weaving connections, receiving deep insights, going into the detail of each line and word on the page - I felt a merging: the story, the plants, the healing work I do—all started to blend into one field of energy and presence.
The soft sweet fragrance of the bluebells seemed to accompany the words, infusing the pages with their gentle wisdom. As I edited, I could feel not just the shaping of the book, but the expansion of my soul.
The Secret Life of Things
The Secret Life of Things began as a very personal response to a threshold moment in my life—when I faced a series of cancer tests last year and chose a path of deep self-healing. Through energy work, meditation, spiritual practices, and intimate connection with nature, I was able to recover without medical intervention. That experience became the seed of this novel, and of the character Cloudy Night—a shape-shifter and multidimensional healer navigating realms of energy, memory, and soul. Cloudy Night's story mirrors my own spiritual awakening, and writing her has been a way to share the often unseen, secret, intuitive dimensions of healing that I work with in my practice.
The book is set in a near future, and follows her journey through parallel lifetimes, elemental realms, the encounters and telepathic connections with her soul mate Dark Heart —a doctor in an underground network of healers—her subtle connections with a circle of mentors and guides, and the evolution of her healing practice alongside the deepening of her own soul healing.
It’s fiction, but deeply inspired by real healing journeys—mine and those I’ve witnessed in others, with a touch of fantasy - mystic, and magical!
A path of writing
I’m thrilled to be submitting the full manuscript to Hay House this June, as part of their one-year writer’s course, which I joined last September. Working almost full time as a healer, I’ve been pouring every spare moment into the creation of this book—and it’s been so rewarding to see it take shape, gaining a life of its own.
Although I began my creative path many years ago as a filmmaker—writing screenplays and directing films—returning to fiction has felt like coming home. I’ve previously self-published two books of non-fiction, poetic and meditative in tone, but fiction offers a depth, a spaciousness, and a sense of play that I’ve missed. In fact for a few years of deep soul journeys, my creativity was on a low burner, not quite forgotten but a little dormant.
This book has reminded me how freeing it is to let the imagination lead. Writing has become a healing practice in itself—helping me to understand, integrate, and give form to so many inner experiences. It’s also become a way to express the secret stories of healing, to give voice to the silenced healer within me, and to glimpse possible paths forward—both as a human being standing at this planetary threshold, and as a healer working through these shifting times, while choosing to step into my deeper soul callings.

Whispers of the Wild
Then, something unexpected happened while writing near the bluebells. As I connected with their gentleness, colour and energy, as I danced with the bluebells, another book began to whisper to me! As I reconnected with the forest, the flowers, the trees—especially through the practice of flower essences and deep plant listening—Whispers of the Wild began to form. For now, I’m trying not to get too distracted, but I can’t ignore its call! I started compiling old notes from the past 5 years while adding the new whispers as they came. It’s still early days, but I feel it gathering. The plants are speaking and I am listening. Softly, softly!
Shamanic Energy Healing
This month also brought new tools into my healing practice: I completed a course in Shamanic Energy Healing, which felt like a powerful affirmation of the nature-based, intuitive path I’ve already been walking. It’s helped me deepen the work I do—supporting others in soul healing, energy balancing, and spiritual reconnection, often from a distance. Through the course, I also applied new tools to my own self-healing, reminding me that healing is an infinite path—there are always more layers to uncover and transform.
Beyond the body and physical symptoms lies a vast, unseen world that often remains hidden in the shadows of the soul. Karmic patterns, past lives, ancestral trauma—these are deep waters. And because this is a personal passion of mine, and central to The Secret Life of Things, it was fascinating to explore the hidden patterns of our existence during the course, applying the insights directly to my own healing while also weaving them into the story I’m writing. I love when everything feels interconnected and flowing!
Seeding energy is in the air
And now, back to the forest! Yesterday, I printed the manuscript and my notes for the book proposal—the next step in this journey. The poplar trees are now releasing their cotton-like seeds, drifting like snow through the garden, while the bluebells have begun to dry and form seed pods. There’s such quiet wisdom in this moment: endings turning into beginnings, beauty turning into nourishment for what comes next.
With this seeding energy in the air, I’ll be carrying my fresh stack of pages, a pen, and a quiet prayer of gratitude—for this unfolding path, for the stories that continue to come through, and for the gentle support of the forest.
A New Offering: 3-Month Deep Healing Program
Through this month a new offering also came as a whisper: For those who feel called to work more deeply, I’ve just opened a 3-month distant healing program with weekly sessions (total of 12 sessions). This is an intimate container for transformation and integration—especially supportive for those navigating long term health & emotional issues, spiritual awakening, trauma recovery, or significant life transitions.
These healing sessions are offered energetically, which means they can be received from anywhere in the world. I don’t use technology during the session itself, but we will book a set time for you to lie down, rest, and receive the healing with intention and presence. After the session I will send an email with what came through, what I did and any insights received.
Each session is unique and guided by intuition—I draw from a rich and evolving toolkit that includes energy healing, Reiki, pressure points, quantum healing, shamanic techniques, tuning forks, and dowsing for health. What comes through depends entirely on what your energy system is asking for.

Healing is not magic or a quick fix.
I often say my best work is my own self-healing, because I show up consistently, dedicate time to it and don’t give up when it becomes unconfortable, which is a sign of deep transformation. Too often, clients stop once the pain softens—when in truth, pain is only the messenger, the tip of the iceberg, often calling you to dive into something much deeper.
This program is for those ready for a deep dive journey and to meet themselves more fully—layer by layer—with the support of deep energy work, and a consistent rhythm that honours your integration and whatever is coming up for you. If you’ve been feeling the call to go deeper, this may be the space you’ve been seeking.
Spaces are limited as I only work with a few clients each week.

With love,
Claudia
