For the past year, I have been deep in the writing process, weaving stories, memories, notes from healings, and the unseen threads that connect body, mind, and spirit. Writing and creative arts, for me, is not just about putting words on a page—it’s an exploration, a way of healing in itself, a way to integrate deep wisdom, to bring the invisible into form.
I’ve been working on my upcoming books while immersed in the Hay House one year Writers Course, letting the words take shape in the quiet spaces of the heart, as I move through the seasons and internal awakenings, where light and whispers become a voice.
This year I turned 52 and I have to say that the world felt overwhelming and sometimes I felt fragile. I live in London and work as a Shiatsu therapist and healer. My space is small and cosy, my backyard is a forest full of magical beings that support me in this process of healing, unfolding and transformation. Here, I also see some clients in person, I do my distant healing sessions and I meditate. It’s a peaceful sanctuary!
I am not a professional writer yet, I am not paid for doing this, but I feel I have to do it, I like to do it, it brings me solace to write, so I use my spare time to meditate and write.
I’ve been working on some new books, in particular two books that are very close to my heart. The Secret Life of Things and Dowsing for Health, both of which emerge from my own recent, miraculous and extraordinary self-healing journey.
The first one, I am writing it as a fiction, while the second, is a practical guide to empower people to take responsability for their own health. These books are deeply personal, shaped by years of working with energy medicine, dowsing, and intuitive healing—tools that became essential as I navigated my own transformation, although so far they have been kept quiet, in the flow of my daily healing but not usually shared with others. Although recent discoveries are pushing me to share more. “This could help so many people” another healer tells me as I share some findings. And this is the real golden thread: to share to help, to inspire, to empower. Through these books, I tell the tales of multidimensional healings that occured and I explore not only how we can heal but also how we can deepen our connection to the unseen subtle energies of nature and spirit, that shape our lives.

And now, it feels like the moment to step out of the cocoon and begin sharing—even though it feels a bit scary to share my voice in this way!
This space is an offering, a place where writing meets healing, where personal stories blend with the deeper mysteries of energy, consciousness, and transformation. Perhaps not as something polished or perfect, but as something alive, evolving.
I want this to be more than just a newsletter—it’s a gathering of those who feel the pull toward books, the unseen, the intuitive, and the healing potential of energy.
Posting Schedule: I’ll be sharing regularly, though I’m allowing the rhythm to unfold naturally for now. Perhaps later on, when the books are complete and I have more time, I will try to do it twice a month, but for now expect occasional, thoughtful, heart-centered posts rather than a flood of sheduled content.
I might be sharing:
Reflections & work-in-progress on the journey of writing & healing
Excerpts from my upcoming books (text and some audio or video readings)
Insights into energy healing
Art, photography and moments of deep discovery
I don’t know exactly where this will go, but that’s the beauty of it. It’s a deep dive into unknown territory for me. That was how I wrote my previous books “Travelling like clouds” and “The depths of stillness”.
If you’re drawn to this world, if something in you resonates with the unseen threads that weave through our lives and the secret interconnectedness of all things, I’d love to have you here!
For now, all posts are free to access, but I may introduce paid subscriptions in the future to support the writing process.
You will find my links for books, healing, arts and my platforms here.
And if you like this, please Subscribe to be part of this journey!
Thank you!
